Job Summary

Harry's seeks a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, maximize revenue, and lead staff training and compliance in a casual dining restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager and assistant manager in executing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Deliver attentive guest service by addressing needs and recommending promotional items to enhance customer experience and sales
• Manage and reconcile all cash transactions in the outlet during manager’s absence to ensure financial accuracy and security
• Coach and train new and existing staff to consistently apply Harry’s service and operational standards
• Oversee proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet to maintain operational readiness and security
• Report operational issues promptly to the manager to facilitate timely resolution and continuous improvement
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Lead recruitment efforts and conduct staff training to build a competent and motivated team
• Supervise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and service quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
• Professional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Commitment to delivering quality service and possessing food and beverage knowledge
