Full Time Digital Content Creator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in Zenith Badminton Pte Ltd - Maukerja

About the role

Zenith Badminton Academy is a Singapore-based badminton academy providing structured badminton coaching programmes for children, youths and adults across different playing levels. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in digital marketing, social media and content production within an active sports environment. The successful candidate will own the full content creation process — from ideation and planning to filming, editing, publishing and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and plans for the academy's digital platforms, including researching social media and short-form video trends, developing content ideas relevant to badminton and sports coaching, managing weekly and monthly content calendars, and planning content around academy programmes, classes, camps, tournaments and events
• Produce short-form video content for digital and social media platforms, including developing video concepts, scripts and storyboards, filming badminton training sessions and activities, editing videos for social media, and adding text, graphics, captions, transitions and audio
• Capture photographs during training programmes, activities and events, produce suitable images for social media and marketing materials, select and edit photographs for digital use, and create simple social media graphics and visual assets
• Develop captions and supporting copy for social media, adapt messaging for different target audiences, develop appropriate hooks and calls-to-action, and prepare promotional copy for programmes, camps, tournaments and events
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns supporting academy programmes, student enrolment, holiday camps, tournaments, events and new programme launches
• Attend badminton programmes, tournaments, competitions and other activities to produce content within a live sporting environment, including preparing event content plans, capturing photographs and videos, producing behind-the-scenes content, and developing event highlight videos
• Review the performance of published content, monitor social media metrics such as reach, views and engagement, identify stronger-performing content themes, and recommend and implement improvements to future content

About you

• Diploma or degree in Media, Arts & Design, Digital Media & Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation preferred (internship experience will be considered)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation
• Good sense of visual storytelling and up-to-date knowledge of social media and digital content trends
• Comfortable filming within an active sports environment
• Working knowledge of video editing and/or graphic-design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Organised and able to manage multiple content projects concurrently
• Responsible, proactive and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable communicating with coaches, students and other stakeholders when producing content
• Willing to travel to different training and event venues, including evenings and weekends, when required for content production

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
