Full Time Network Engineer - Infra Jobs, Salary up to MYR 14,000 in Hiree Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities : Network Engineer - Infrastructure

• Support the planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure for an internal project, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center connectivity
• Configure, deploy, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related network hardware
• Provide day-to-day operational support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and security, and proactively recommend improvements
• Manage firewall policies, VPNs, access control lists, and intrusion prevention systems
• Carry out network upgrades, patching, and firmware updates in line with change management procedures
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and external vendors to support project timelines
• Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network infrastructure

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering / IT infrastructure
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, MPLS, and network security concepts
• Experience with firewalls and security appliances (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower)
• Exposure to data center, server room, or hybrid cloud network environments is a plus
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work independently

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
