Diploma or Degree in
Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.
Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory contributions.
Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
Experience with accounting software and payroll/HR systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
