- Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently in Hindi or Tamil.
- Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Provide support in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist in managing order processing and tracking activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
A Successful Customer Service - Hindi/Tamil Should Have
- Proficiency in Hindi or Tamil, along with strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relationship management.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 64,800 to MYR 79,200 annually.
