Key Responsibilities

• Overall Project Leadership

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the project, taking full accountability for project delivery, performance, profitability, quality, safety and client satisfaction.

• Project Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement the overall project execution strategy, ensuring alignment between project objectives, contractual requirements, technical specifications and the Group's business goals.

• Project Planning & Programme Management

Oversee the master programme, key milestones, critical path and project progress, ensuring timely identification of risks, delays and recovery actions.

• Design & Engineering Management

Lead coordination between design, engineering and construction teams, ensuring the design is constructible, compliant with project requirements and aligned with data center technical standards.

• Construction & MEP Coordination

Oversee construction activities across MEP and building works, ensuring effective coordination between contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Client & Senior Stakeholder Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders, representing PMX at senior management level and driving timely resolution of major project issues.

• Commercial & Cost Management

Take overall responsibility for project commercial performance, including budgets, variations, claims, procurement, subcontractor management and cost control.

• Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Provide leadership throughout testing and commissioning, including integrated system testing (IST), ensuring all critical systems meet performance requirements before project handover and operational readiness.

• Risk, Quality & HSE Management

Establish strong governance over project risks, quality assurance and HSE performance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations and industry best practices.

• Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Lead and develop the project management team, establishing clear accountability and performance standards while mentoring Project Managers, Engineering Managers and other senior project personnel.
