About Us

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is a leading boutique specialising in the buying, selling and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We are committed to providing professional, reliable and personalised service to our customers.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and assist with watch purchases, sales and price negotiations.
• Coordinate watch servicing, repairs, protective film applications and inventory matters.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including product photography, basic editing and online listings.
• Perform administrative duties and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with our Virtual Assistant team to coordinate customer and operational matters.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support or a related role.
• Experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours

5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, according to the retail schedule.
