Full Time Application Analyst Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Beacon TCM Selangor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Support the implementation and integration of the EMR with medical devices and other healthcare systems, such as vital sign monitors and ECG machines.
• Troubleshoot EMR issues and provide on-site and remote application support.
• Work closely with system vendors to resolve technical and application-related issues.
• Ensure the EMR system is available, reliable, and functioning properly.
• Understand departmental workflows and prepare simple user guides and documentation.
• Work with users to understand requirements for system changes, updates, and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve hospital processes through automation and system enhancements.
• Conduct EMR training and guide staff on effective system usage and best practices.
• Ensure patient and hospital information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Meet department and helpdesk KPIs by providing timely and effective support.
• Assist with other IT, EMR, and system-related projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
