Position: Software Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• AI & Automation: Design and integrate AI tools (Generative AI, chatbots, intelligent automation) to improve efficiency and user experience.

• System Design & Requirements: Gather functional requirements and create technical specifications, system designs, and workflow documentation.

• Testing & Launch: Prepare test cases, run system/UAT testing, and collaborate with users to secure Go-Live sign-off.

• Support & Training: Provide proactive troubleshooting, conduct user training, and write technical manuals and knowledge-base guides.

• Maintenance & Security: Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure reliability, performance, data privacy, and compliance with university policies.

• Technology Innovation: Research emerging software and AI trends to propose practical solutions for academic and administrative services.

• Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with ICT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver quality projects on schedule.

• Service Excellence: Prioritize tasks independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) or related fields.

• Strong academic background with coursework in data structures , algorithms, and software development methodologies.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or others.

• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS. Javascript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Previous experience or projects demonstrating software developmental skills.
