Locations: Multiple locations in Singapore (Suntec City, Vivo City, Jewel, MBS, ION, Orchard Brand Centre, Bugis Junction & Northpoint)

Full-Time: 44 hours/week (5 days/week). Shifts available is based on store operating hours.

Part-Time: Must be able to commit at least 1 weekend + 2 weekdays OR 2 weekends + 1 weekday. Flexible work arrangement. Minimally 20 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Great Service – Provide a welcoming experience and assist customers with their needs.

• Follow Up with Care – Proactively check in on customer queries to ensure satisfaction.

• Keep Standards High – Maintain agreed standards on the sales floor, at the till, and in service zones.

• Drive Sales – Maximize sales by managing stock, sizes, and layout planning.

• Store Operations – Support daily tasks including visual merchandising, inventory management, stocktake, and housekeeping.

• Handle Transactions – Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay Fashion‑Savvy – Keep up with the latest fashion trends to share insights confidently.

• Promote Products – Use product knowledge to recommend items and highlight benefits.

• Build Connections – Create strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
