A Product Specialist is responsible for developing deep knowledge of the company’s products and acting as the key point of reference for internal teams and customers. The role bridges product knowledge, sales support, marketing, and customer engagement to ensure products are positioned, communicated, and used effectively.

• Promote and sell medical devices and surgical solutions to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and revitalize existing accounts to increase market share.
• Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise.
• Deliver product training and in-service education to doctors, nurses, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Forecast product demand and ensure stock availability through accurate planning.
• Perform regular inventory and consignment checks.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
