We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Contract Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, RFQs and proposals.
- Review tender documents, specifications, scope of work and contractual requirements.
- Prepare tender documentation including technical and commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Management to obtain required information for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Review contracts, Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Award (LOA) and other commercial documents.
- Identify key contractual requirements, obligations, risks, payment terms, Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond, insurance and other compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records and monitor tender status, contract milestones, validity periods and submission deadlines.
- Handle correspondence and clarification with clients relating to tenders and contracts.
- Assist Management in contract administration and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in tender, contract or commercial administration.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Crane/Material Handling Equipment, Heavy Equipment or Industrial Services will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with tender documentation, contract terms and commercial requirements.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with good documentation and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
