Programme & Events Executive

$17–$22/hour
Approx. $3,094–$4,044/month
3-month contract | Oct 2026 – Jan 2027
Working Hours Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
Approx. 42 hours/week
Contract: 3 months
Start: October 2026
End: January 2027

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in programme, course, project or event coordination.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in preparing presentation slides and delivering presentations.
• Creative, resourceful and comfortable supporting new initiatives.
• Familiar with social media platforms.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training courses, programmes and events.
• Support programme projects, initiatives and improvements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports and supporting materials.
• Assist with social media and communications activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for assigned projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
