TRANSPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator to handle the daily transport arrangement and deliveries for one of our subsidiary entity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate one key account client
• Receive customer forecast, daily order and delivery instruction
• Plan and assign drivers and daily trips
• Monitor and maximize utilization of 15 trucks
• Coordinate closely with clients, operations teams and drivers
• Handle customer complaints and manage truck breakdowns and delays.
• Ensure delivery documents and trip records are properly maintained
• Follow up daily transport movements and operational issues

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet (eg. Haulage, transport, tanker or trailer fleet) and driver handling will be added advantange
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage daily transport operations
• Responsible, organised and able to handle operational follow-up
