Full Time HR Project Manager (12-month Contract, Financial Services) Jobs, in LMA Recruitment - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive a key HR transformation initiative within a large, complex organisation. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with significant ownership and exposure across a major HR transformation programme.

This is a hands-on project management role suited to someone who has previously delivered HR-related M&A projects and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through execution. You will be expected to lead discussions, challenge stakeholders where required, maintain momentum and independently drive deliverables to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and operational change projects, ensuring key milestones and deliverables remain on track.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Drive project meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through on agreed actions.
• Coordinate across HR, Operations, Technology and other relevant stakeholders to progress project deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues and roadblocks, proactively driving resolution and escalation where required.
• Track project progress and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Support process redesign, implementation and transition of new HR processes and operating models.
• Maintain appropriate project governance, documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing HR transformation, HR operations, HR technology or people-related projects, especially with experience in running M&A projects
• Strong end-to-end project management experience within a large or complex organisation.
• Confident stakeholder manager who can independently lead discussions and drive decisions.
