As a Patient Service Associate, you will play an important role in delivering excellent frontline service and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing professional, compassionate, and patient-centred service to patients and caregivers
- Registering patients for their visits and managing appointment scheduling
- Processing payments and assisting with financial counselling matters
- Maintaining and administering patients' medical records accurately and confidentially
- Supporting doctors during patient consultations and medical reviews
- Handling administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC in Business Studies/ NITEC in Service Skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in frontline customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in computer application
