you will lead end-to-end operational resource allocation and module planning to achieve corporate growth targets.

• Direct total assembly and test resource strategies to balance long-term operational capacity with revenue goals.
• Manage short-term capacity schedules and volume allocations to fulfill market demand commitments.
• Lead a team of planning professionals, overseeing budget allocation, capital expenditure, and performance development.
• Collaborate with finance, quality, and engineering functions to optimize resource utilization and operational key performance metrics.
• Implement capacity planning software and analytical models to mitigate supply chain disruption risks.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum ten years of experience in supply chain planning within a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• At least three to five years of proven experience managing and developing medium-sized operational teams.
• Strong background in capacity modeling, forecasting tools, and strategic resource allocation methodologies.
• Capability to manage operational budgets and cross-functional capacity projects.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
