Key Responsibilities 

·       Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in supply chain and logistics solutions. 

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. 

·       Conduct customer discussions to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. 

·       Develop and present solution proposals tailored to customer needs. 

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design competitive and practical solutions. 

·       Support quotation preparation, commercial proposal development, and contract discussions. 

·       Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify emerging business opportunities. 

·       Stay informed about technological advancements, digital solutions, and AI applications relevant to supply chain management. 

·       Contribute to sales pipeline development and achievement of business targets.

Job Requirements 

·       Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. 

·       Relevant experience in sales, business development, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, contract logistics, related field. 

·       Good understanding of logistics and end to end supply chain processes. 

·       Commercially minded with a consultative approach to selling. 

·       Curious, proactive, and eager to understand customer operations and industry challenges. 

·       Interest in technological advancements, digital transformation, and AI trends. 

·       Ability to translate customer challenges into practical, value-added solutions and business opportunities. 

·       Ability to travel when required. 

·       Collaborative mindset with the ability to support the Business Development team and work electively with cross-functional stakeholders. 

·       Development of qualified sales opportunities and a healthy business pipeline. 

·       Ability to uncover customer needs and develop higher value supply chain solutions. 

·       Conversion of solution proposals into sustainable revenue and customer relationships. 

·       Continuous learning and application of new technologies, digital tools, and AI trends to customer solutions.
