Key Responsibilities

·      Design and develop ACMV systems according to project specifications, building codes, and client requirements.

·      Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for ACMV installations.

·      Supervise and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site.

·      Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of installed ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ACMV equipment and controls.

·      Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate ACMV systems into building projects.

·      Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local authority requirements.

·      Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for ACMV projects.

·      Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff and end-users.

·      Keep abreast of the latest technologies and advances in ACMV systems and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

·      Professional certification in HVAC or ACMV systems is an advantage.

·      Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV or HVAC engineering.

·      Strong knowledge of ACMV system design, installation, and maintenance practices.
