Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is seeking experienced Project Managers (Electrical) to manage the delivery of large-scale electrical engineering and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of electrical construction and installation projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules and key milestones.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.
• Manage Variation Orders and control project financial performance.
• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
• Monitor planned versus actual project progress.
• Ensure electrical systems comply with approved specifications, statutory requirements and applicable standards.
• Manage electrical systems including LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.
• Lead testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
• Manage as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Implement project safety requirements, risk assessments and contingency plans.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical, site and coordination issues throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical systems, including project management and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.
• Experience in electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage contractors, project budgets and schedules.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Annual bonus equivalent to approximately 1 month basic salary
• Variable Bonus
• S$80 monthly mobile allowance
• S$550 monthly transport allowance when using own vehicle, or company vehicle subject to company arrangement
• 14 days Annual Leave, increasing by 1 day for each completed year, up to 21 days
