Responsibilities
Behind every great cup of Alchemist coffee is a team that handles it with care from bean to bag. We're looking for a hands-on, dependable coffee lover to join our roastery production team — someone who takes pride in doing things right and wants to be part of a coffee brand that genuinely cares about quality.
What You Will Do
As a Roastery Production Assistant, you will be at the heart of our daily operations — picking, packing, weighing, sealing, and labelling coffee orders for both retail and wholesale customers, while assisting the roasting team with green and roasted coffee handling. You will manage inventory through regular stock audits and FIFO rotation, monitor packaging supplies, and ensure all orders are accurately prepared and dispatched with proper documentation for courier services. Beyond the roastery, you will support deliveries to our outlets, help coordinate product logistics for events and pop-ups, and maintain a clean and organised workspace — always representing Alchemist in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Working Hours (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
5-day work week — no weekends
Working Hours (Part-Time)
3 to 4 days per week — mainly Monday to Thursday
Minimum 6 hours to maximum 9 hours per shift
Weekdays only — no weekends
You Are
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and freshness standards
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Organised, dependable, and proactive in managing multiple responsibilities
A collaborative team player with good communication skills
Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced roastery environment
Passionate about coffee — or keen to learn more about the craft
Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license will be an advantage
No prior experience required — we will train the right person.

As a small hole-in-the-wall coffee joint located within the bustling Central Business District, the first step began with a commitment to the delivery of great coffee in a simple and no-frills approach. These later became our founding values that we as a small local business take pride in.
In 2019, we took a big leap of faith and launched our flagship store at Khong Guan Building. A sanctuary within a heritage building where you can enjoy a fresh brew of coffee, in full view of our roastery in action.
Over the last few years, we stayed committed to the delivery of simple and no-frills coffee experience in each and every one of our coffee bar. We now have 6 outlets in total, including Hong Leong Building, Design Orchard, The Mill and CIMB Plaza.
