Full Time PROJECT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Jusgreat Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Experienced in managing ID contract works.
• Take overall responsibility for project control and the performance of the project team.
• Ensure the site team has the necessary expertise, resources, and tools to plan and programme the project effectively in accordance with project objectives and contractual obligations.
• Actively participate in the overall planning and programming of the project.
• Review and monitor project performance against the master, monthly, and weekly programmes.
• Establish project safety objectives and standards in consultation with the site team.
• Ensure appropriate controls are implemented to meet contractual requirements for safe working methods.
• Provide full support for the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System.
• Ensure all safety records and reports are completed accurately and submitted within the required timeframes.
• Participate actively in establishing safe working methods for identified high-risk and extremely hazardous work areas.
• Ensure all subcontractors comply with the S.O.’s Health and Safety Regulations.
• Establish project budgets for all work elements and implement appropriate controls to monitor expenditure against the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
• Notify clients of delays, variations, and other contractual matters.
• Assist in preparing the costing and substantiation of claims involving subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate, or establish negotiation parameters for, all subcontract packages.
• Prepare and execute contracts or agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with subcontractors and provide constructive feedback regarding their performance.
• Ensure the overall coordination and control of subcontractors on site.
• Provide full support to the site team in managing and monitoring subcontractor performance.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Master’s qualification in Business Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Reliable, well-organised, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other local dialects will be an added advantage.
• Able to liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, organisational, and planning skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
