Job Description

Responsibilities

Licensing

  • Assist in the application, renewal, amendment, and monitoring of company licenses, permits, registrations, and certifications.
  • Maintain records and tracking schedules for license expiry dates and renewal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit documents to government agencies, regulatory bodies, clients, and relevant authorities such as CIDB, MOF
  • Liaise with authorities and external parties regarding licensing and compliance matters such as CIDB, MOF
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely submission of supporting documents such as CIDB, MOF
  • Liase and maintain accurate records of company statutory documents and certifications with COSEC.
  • Assist in managing registrations with agencies such as CIDB, MOF, SSM, TNB, SPAN and local authorities, and other relevant bodies where applicable.

Administrative Functions

· Prepare official correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and administrative documentation.

· Organize, maintain, and update filing systems for administrative, licensing, and compliance records.

· Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and official documents in a timely and professional manner.

· Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, company events, and other administrative activities.

· Support office administration functions, including the procurement and inventory management of office stationery, equipment, and pantry supplies.

· Assist departments in preparing, compiling, and submitting documentation for tender submissions, vendor registrations, and pre-qualification exercises.

· Assist in the preparation, editing, and design of corporate materials, including festive greeting cards, official letters, presentations, and other documents for government agencies, clients, and external stakeholders.

· Liaise with Persons-in-Charge (PICs), government authorities, clients, and relevant stakeholders regarding documentation, licensing, and administrative matters.

· Coordinate and follow up on document submissions to ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.

· Maintain proper document control and ensure records are accurately filed, tracked, and archived.

Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
