Responsibilities

• Build agent runtime and model-routing infrastructure in Python; persistent state, reliable tool execution, recovery; event/trajectory systems; deployment, observability, latency and cost infrastructure.
• Strong distributed systems experience and infrastructure ownership through real failures/trade-offs.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on AI experience, not simply AI tool/API integration or basic usage.
• Relevant AI Projects: CV must clearly highlight relevant AI projects, including the candidate's role, technical contributions, technologies, and impact
• Strong understanding of the core foundations and underlying technologies of AI.
• Strong preference with startup experience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• CV must be clean and show stable career progression; avoid frequent job hopping. Prefer candidates with 3+ years of engagement in similar types of companies/roles.
• Candidate must be fully dedicated to the role with no concurrent employment or overlapping engagements.
• Must be able to work in SGT (Singapore Time) and attend occasional meetings aligned with US time zones.
