Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in SINOCON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsiblities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and progress on site independently

Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to carry out on-site works

Resolve technical and site issues during construction

Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules

Interpret structural drawings, specifications and project requirements

Monitor works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice and scope of work

Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site

Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
Must possess a valid

Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS)

certificate

Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore construction projects

Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building / Civil Engineering or a related field

Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications independently

Experience leading and managing a team of workers and sub-contractors on site

Familiar with WSH regulations and site safety requirements

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily reports and progress tracking

Self-driven, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
