Full Time MARKETING JUNIOR EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in M&S FOOD AND BEVERAGE SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

• Assisting with daily marketing administrative duties.
• Monitoring all social media platforms and trending news, ideas, and reply to customers’ inquiry.
• Liaise with marketing agency on social postings.
• Review social postings by influencers. Ensure products and postings are delivered on time.
• Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
• Liaise with E-Commerce team for planning and execution to set up campaigns and promotion activities.
• Responding to customer’s queries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the Company’s capability.
• To plan for social media contents and postings such as Instagram, Tik Tok and Linkedln.
• Assist to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Involving in ground marketing campaigns such as product launch, organizing events, product roadshows and exhibition.
• Design creative materials for social media, advertisements, websites, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual content that follows the company's brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Assist with photography and photo/video editing when required.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
• Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure all creative materials are accurate, visually appealing, and delivered within deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer products.
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools, including social media, digital marketing, analytics, and project management platforms.
• Able to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Willing to travel locally or overseas when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
