Full Time Operation Assisstant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in SCB Premier Logistics Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to support our daily operational activities. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on operational tasks and schedules.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and other operational documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, customers, and relevant parties.
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Assist the Operations team with any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in operations or administration will be an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
