• Manage enquiries from prospective parents across multiple channels including calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Provide personalised engagement by understanding parents’ needs and recommending suitable programmes
• Conduct engaging centre tours and clearly explain curriculum and learning environment
• Guide parents through the decision-making journey with timely follow-ups and support
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the enrolment process
• Build strong relationships with parents to encourage trust, retention, and referrals
• Ensure consistent communication aligned with the centre’s brand values
• Track and update lead information, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
• Support achievement of enrolment and engagement targets through structured follow-ups and service excellence
