Role Description


We're looking for a commercially minded lift specialist to be the technical backbone of our regional sales and delivery effort, from first enquiry through to handover.


Pre-sales

Support sales on tenders, proposals and client presentations

Advise consultants and developers on SS 550 (EN 81-20/50), EN 81-41 and local code compliance

Review GA drawings, shaft layouts, refuge space and roping at the bid stage

Liaise with the factory to confirm feasibility, specifications and pricing inputs


Confirmed Projects

Develop technical drawings for confirmed projects

Support BCA and regional approval submissions


Post-Sales

Liaise with builders and main contractors on site coordination, technical clarifications and drawing changes

Assess vendor proposals and share best practice with the team


You have

8+ years of hands-on lift/elevator experience

Strong SS550 and EN 81-41 knowledge

Regional code exposure (a plus)

Confident presenting to clients and regulators

Based in Singapore


Qualifications


  • Strong Development Operations skills to manage business development workflows, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Market Research to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Solid Business acumen to understand commercial drivers, revenue models, and growth strategies.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing clear reports and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the elevator, construction, or building services industry is essential
