Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities for a data centre infrastructure project. The successful candidate will coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, machinery and materials to ensure that works are completed safely, efficiently and according to the approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil, infrastructure, earthworks and drainage activities.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, machinery and material deliveries.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, safety and site housekeeping.
• Plan and arrange daily site activities according to the construction programme.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress records and photographic documentation.
• Coordinate site inspections, RFI/RFWI submissions and testing requirements.
• Check completed works before requesting inspection.
• Report site issues, delays, discrepancies and additional work to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant site supervisory experience may also be considered.
• Experience in infrastructure, earthworks and drainage works is an advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site-related issues.
• Fresh graduates with suitable technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work at Bandar Springhill, Lukut.
