Full Time Sales Admin Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in GOLD ROAST FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Core Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions.
• Data Management: Update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in systems like CRM or ERP.
• Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers.
• Team Coordination: Work with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to make sure deliveries happen on time. 

Common Job Requirements

• Education: A diploma in Business or a related field.
• Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Pivot table.
• Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills to talk with clients and coworkers.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and track details accurately
• Experiences as Sales Admin in FMCG preferred.

Basic Salary Range $2500 to $2800

Working hours: Mon to Friday ( 8.30am to 6pm)
