Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Execute daily marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital platforms
- Support the rollout of monthly online and retail marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of promotions and brand campaigns
- Assist with product launches, marketing activations, and promotional bundles
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Execute daily promotional posts and campaign messaging
- Support social media ad boosting and campaign optimisation via Meta Ads
- Monitor comments/messages and respond to customer enquiries when required
EDM & Digital Marketing
- Execute EDM campaigns including promotional emails, newsletters, and campaign blasts using Mailchimp
- Coordinate campaign messaging, visuals, and scheduling for email promotions
- Track EDM performance and assist with campaign optimisation
Website Management
- Update website banners, promotional visuals, and campaign messaging
- Create and upload product listings, bundles, and promotional items
- Ensure product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate and up to date
Content Creation Support
- Assist in creating simple marketing visuals, graphics, and short-form video content
- Support basic filming and editing for social media content
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
Market Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends
- Track campaign performance and provide marketing updates
Requirements
- Familiar with social media platforms, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good eye for design and visual presentation
- Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Basic filming and content creation skills
- Familiar with simple video editing platforms such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
