Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries regarding construction materials, hardware products and engineering services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders and customer requests.
Coordinate customer orders with sales, procurement, warehouse and project teams.
Monitor delivery schedules and keep customers updated on order status.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or product-related issues.
Maintain customer records, quotations, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
Handle customer feedback, complaints and after-sales enquiries professionally.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist with customer account development.
Prepare periodic customer service and order-status reports.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and project teams.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with
2–3 years of relevant customer service/order coordination experience
. Good communication, coordination and computer skills are required. Experience in
construction, engineering, hardware or building materials
would be advantageous.
