about the job

• To maintain Dyn 365 F&O to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
• To take part in end-to-end Dyn 365 F&O project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; table and data structure), UAT & others
• To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
• To always enhance Dyn 365 F&O system funtionality based on recent technologies
• To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/team

The role is an individual contributor role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support / end to end implementation role within Dyn 365 F&O.

about requirements:

• Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Dyn 365 F&O within implementation project and/or support (L3) is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
• Dynamic 365 F&O Finance Consultant is mostly sought after (SCM / Production or other Dyn 365 F&O modules are welcome to apply, however the role with work on Dyn 365 F&O Finance module as a core responsibility and other modules will be sideline)
• Someone with third-party integrations and extensions exposure is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone with exposure in cloud is an added advantage but not compulsary
• Someone with experience either one of these industries ; FnB or Retail is an added advantage but not compulsary.
