Key Responsibilities
- Lead & oversee full-cycle recruitment for all corporate and operational roles across Southeast Asia, ensuring time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience metrics are met.
- Manage recruitment for the Shared Service Center, collaborating with functional leads to meet workforce planning objectives.
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement recruitment strategies, tools, and processes that enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights, recruitment analytics, and strategic workforce planning support.
- Lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing coaching and performance management.
- Manage recruitment budgets, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant with local labor laws, and aligned with global standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional talent acquisition team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D teams to support internal mobility and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven success in managing recruitment across multiple Southeast Asian markets, including both corporate and operational functions.
- Strong understanding of HR technologies, ATS platforms, and data-driven recruitment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Experience in employer branding, diversity hiring, and strategic workforce planning is a plus.
