Full Time Business Analyst Jobs, in Gratmus Digital Services Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and document requirements, map processes, and help deliver solutions in banking and financial services projects.

Key Responsibities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews
• Produce clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and process maps
• Work with developers, testers and project managers to make sure solutions meet business needs
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting requirements
• Support testing, UAT and go-live activities
• Track requirements and project documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies or Waterfall milestones, depending on the project
  

Requirement

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3-6 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services or investment banking
• Proven experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and process maps
• Good understanding of the SDLC and Agile and Waterfall delivery methods

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Able to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Advantage

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management and documentation tools
