Full Time Business Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Saibroz Entertainment Federal Territory - Maukerja

Saibroz Entertainment is a Malaysian creative and business services company working across film and content production, marketing, design, events and professional training.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Business Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations and assist the management team with administrative, coordination and research tasks.

This role is suitable for someone who is highly attentive to details, comfortable following procedures, and confident enough to take initiative when they see an opportunity to improve something.

You do not need to have extensive experience. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes responsibility for their work, and can gradually take ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day business administration and operations.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, vendors, contractors, government agencies and other relevant parties.
• Assist with business licensing, registrations, renewals, permits and other compliance-related matters.
• Research requirements, procedures, documents and application processes when needed.
• Prepare, organise and maintain business documents, records and files.
• Monitor deadlines, renewals and important dates to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, comparisons and research summaries.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and other business activities.
• Follow up on pending tasks and make sure agreed actions are completed.
• Handle confidential business information responsibly.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and suggest practical improvements.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
