Job Overview
We are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to support the coordination and ongoing management of external technology and service partners. The role will work closely with internal business, operations, and IT teams to maintain effective vendor relationships and support smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding and day-to-day management of vendors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, agreements, service information, and related documentation.
• Liaise with vendors regarding service requirements, schedules, deliverables, and operational matters.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service requirements and timelines.
• Track service requests, issues, and follow-up actions with relevant vendors.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate vendor-related activities and resolve operational issues.
• Support periodic vendor reviews and prepare basic performance summaries.
• Assist with contract, renewal, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Maintain appropriate records for vendor activities and service-related updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor coordination and service workflows.
• Support technology and business projects that involve external service providers or partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in vendor management, supplier coordination, IT services, operations, or a related environment is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external service providers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on ongoing activities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business systems.
• Experience working with technology or logistics-related vendors will be an advantage.
