Job Responsibilities

• Manage the lodgement, safekeeping, withdrawal, transfer and storage of credit files, credit and security documents
• Maintain custody of important and non-replaceable documents, ensuring proper controls and record management
• Administer user access, system requests and access matrix reviews
• Conduct searches and support business units with information retrieval requests
• Prepare operational reports, statistics and administrative records
• Coordinate with auditors, law firms, insurers, vendors and internal stakeholders on documentation and custody matters
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure compliance with document control and safekeeping requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification with at least 3 years of working experience, including 1 year in banking operations, custody, records management or a similar environment
• Experience in corporate loan credit and security documentation will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service standards independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgement in managing confidential information.
