About Us

Soybean Factory Production Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Malaysian F&B company specialising in soy-based desserts and beverages. Since 2019, we have been serving customers with products such as Tau Fu Fah, soy drinks, sweet potato balls, taro balls and shaved ice. As we continue to grow our outlets and brand presence, we are looking for a creative and motivated team member to join our Marketing team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive who is passionate about F&B, social media and content creation. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, following the latest social media trends and bringing new marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads.
• Create short-form videos, photos and engaging social media content.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and outlet activities.
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers and content creators for marketing collaborations.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and outlet promotions.
• Assist with photoshoots, video shoots and marketing events.
• Monitor social media trends and develop creative content ideas.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist with other marketing activities and projects when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in F&B, social media, digital marketing or content creation will have an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Active on social media and interested in current trends, food content and digital marketing.
• Willing to participate in photoshoots, video shoots and on-ground marketing activities.
