About the Role

Avenys Malaysia is looking for an energetic and sales-driven Retail Associate / Beauty Advisor to join our growing team. This role combines retail customer service with TikTok LIVE hosting, making it ideal for individuals who are confident on camera, passionate about beauty products, and enjoy engaging with customers both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and concerns
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle cashiering duties and payment transactions accurately
• Host TikTok LIVE sessions to promote products and drive online sales
• Demonstrate products confidently on camera and interact actively with LIVE viewers
• Support content creation during LIVE sessions when required
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, product displays, and stock replenishment
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and beauty trends
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, or jewelry industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and helping customers look and feel their best.
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in beauty consultation, skincare analysis, or luxury product sales is an added advantage.
