As the planning partner for the business, you will help shape financial plans, optimize inventory investments, and drive business performance across stores and consumer channels. Working closely with Marketplace, Buying, Allocation, Inventory Management, and Operations teams, you will translate sales, inventory, and consumer insights into actionable plans that support profitable growth.
From long-range planning and seasonal forecasting to open-to-buy management and commercial decision-making, you will play a key role in balancing revenue, margin, inventory productivity, and consumer demand. You will also leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, planning efficiency, and business insights.

Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and long-range financial plans, including store plans, KPI forecasts, Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans, and long-range planning assumptions.

Build and manage pre-season merchandise financial plans and seasonal product flow plans that align inventory investments with financial objectives and consumer demand.

Create and maintain rolling forecasts, managing sales, margin, markdown, inventory, sell-through, and productivity assumptions to support business decisions and in-season management.

Develop forward-looking business outlooks to identify future risks, opportunities, and investment priorities across multiple planning horizons.

Monitor forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to improve business performance.

Partner with Marketplace teams to develop store productivity plans, evaluate store openings, closures, relocations, and renovations, and provide recommendations during planning cycles.

Work closely with Buying, Allocation, and Inventory Management teams to ensure product flow, inventory commitments, and planning assumptions support seasonal business strategies.

Monitor key business metrics including sales, margin, inventory, sell-through, traffic, conversion, ASP, UPT, and stock productivity, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.

Analyze inventory health, weeks of supply, aged inventory exposure, and sales trends to identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and business performance.

Build scenario planning models and conduct sensitivity analysis to support commercial and financial decision-making.

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate markdown, pricing, and promotional strategies that support revenue, margin, and inventory objectives.

Lead and participate in regular business reviews, sharing performance updates, forecasting risks and opportunities, and influencing business actions through fact-based recommendations.

Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance planning productivity, improve forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and generate actionable business insights.
