Job BriefAs a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial business unit. Your primary focus will be evaluating historical sales performance, managing inventory forecasting models, building automated pipeline trackers, and uncovering pricing anomalies. You will work directly with showroom management and procurement teams to convert complex operational data into actionable revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting and Analytics: Build, maintain, and distribute cyclical sales dashboards, evaluating regional product movement, gross margin trends, and retail store traffic metrics.
• Inventory and Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical transactional logs alongside active supply pipeline schedules to predict stock requirements for key electrical component groups.
• Revenue and Pricing Analysis: Evaluate competitor retail tracking records, review wholesale discount schemes for electrical contractors, and audit final invoices to minimize system billing leakage.
• Operational Optimization: Coordinate with backend logistics and warehouse hub managers to identify delivery turnaround bottlenecks and map clean order-to-cash workflows.
• Sales Process Automation: Clean, manage, and update client records within our centralized business management database, transitioning manual spreadsheet workflows into systemic data structures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or operations coordinator. Prior background working in wholesale trade, distribution, hardware retail, or building services sectors is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong working mastery of advanced data evaluation features in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH) and familiarity with modern business intelligence platforms or enterprise resource systems.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational habits, high numerical accuracy when handling alphanumeric component identifiers, and strong deductive reasoning skills.
• Communication: Clear professional written and verbal communication skills to explain technical numbers simply to showroom mechanics, site supervisors, and corporate leadership.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
