Full Time Junior Project Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in Fu Yu Corporation Limited - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Project Tracking: Maintain project dashboards and action items for the development of new verticals.
• Act as the main bridge between senior management and the engineering/vendor teams to ensure operational milestones are met.
• Organize technical project folders, compile data, take detailed meeting minutes during engineering syncs, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and fabrication vendors to track the delivery of components (e.g. prototypes, materials & etc).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CAD is a strong plus.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical workflows and project dependencies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements inherent to building new business verticals.
• Confident in following up with senior engineers, technical leads, and external vendors to keep projects moving.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
