The Challenges

You need to demonstrate high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.

Job Descriptions

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical conditions.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures.Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
