Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and portion control are maintained.
Handle food preparation, cooking and plating efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
Check and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant is preferred.
Candidates with relevant culinary training or qualifications are welcome to apply.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
