Role Description The Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The Finance Associate will help monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with variance analysis to support sound financial decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders on financial data, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret Financial Statements.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Experience with Financial Reporting, including preparation of periodic reports and supporting schedules.
• Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting or ERP software.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and standards is an advantage.
