About the Role

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and assist customers with their enquiries.
• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance and practical solutions based on available procedures.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely customer support.
• Review customer information and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style throughout every interaction.
• Stay updated on service procedures, announcements, and process changes.

Shift Schedule

This is a rotational shift position designed to support different operating hours.

Available shifts include:

· Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

· Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

· Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Candidates should be comfortable with changing shift schedules based on operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
