Full Time Production Supervisor (Core) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Vacuumschmelze (M) Pahang - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong supervisory, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Job Description:

• Manage production activities to achieve planned productivity, delivery and quality.
• Monitor daily production planning and ensure orders meet the required deadline.
• Monitor open MO and production lead time.
• Ensure production line cleanliness and compliance with 5S.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are followed.
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor machine breakdowns and activities.
• Monitor and motivate subordinates to achieve performance and training targets.
• Ensure proper traceability of materials and finished goods.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
