Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover | 6–8 Months)

At Tata Communications, we power the world's biggest moments—including Formula 1 , where our digital infrastructure enables the seamless delivery of live race broadcasts to millions of fans across the globe. Now, we're looking for an exceptional marketer to join our team for a 6–8 month maternity cover and help bring our brand to life.

This isn't a typical marketing role. You'll work on high-impact global campaigns, iconic sponsorships, executive thought leadership, customer experiences and integrated programmes that shape how one of the world's leading digital infrastructure companies connects with enterprise customers.

What you'll be doing

• Help deliver marketing activations around our Formula 1 partnership , creating unforgettable customer and brand experiences.
• Execute global brand campaigns across APAC, working with international teams and leading creative and media agencies.
• Bring integrated marketing programmes to life across digital, content, social, events and customer engagement.
• Support flagship executive events, thought leadership initiatives and strategic customer programmes.
• Collaborate with sales, product and global marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement and business impact.

What you'll bring

• 5–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, telecommunications or digital services.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Energy, curiosity and a bias for action—you enjoy turning ambitious ideas into exceptional marketing.
